Bespoke Service
At Flossy's Flowers we believe in giving our customers as many options as we can so we give them the chance to design their own arrangements for weddings and other special events/ occasions.
We work closely with the customer to choose flowers, foliage, style of arrangements and any embellishments that are wanted.

Consultations
Our Bespoke Service starts with a consultation in which we meet with the customer. We discuss what they are looking for, if they have specific ideas/ colours/ flowers in mind . When we attend the consultation we take with us some examples of the different types of arrangements and a catalogue displaying different arrangements, flowers, foliage and embellishments.
During the consultation we take notes and work out an estimated cost. If everything is agreed upon we will then return to our office and write up a contract, agreement and invoice and send to the customer. to read, sign and send back. Payment of 50% of the final bill is required upon acceptance of the contract, agreement and invoice .
Between the date of signing the contract, agreement and paying the initial deposit our customers are able to add to/ remove items from their order until one month before the wedding day (when we take the final payment). We are happy for you to contact us with any questions or ideas. Final payment is due one month before the Wedding Date, we do accept payment in instalments and each one will generate a new invoice.
