Delivery/ Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase please contact us so we can rectify the problem. We will require photographic evidence of the complaint/ issue. If we cannot rectify the problem we will accept a refund request provided the item is returned to us within 7 days of us giving the confirmation for a return in the email. We are not responsible for the return postage costs and items must be packaged to ensure no damage in transport. This is your responsibility. We recommend you use a trackable postal service to return the item and provide us with the tracking number/ receipt of postage, this way we can make sure the item is returned to us within the 7 days. We will not issue the refund until we have received the item. We do not refund the cost of initial postage to you, only the cost of the item that you are returning. Items will not be refunded if 7 days have passed since you received the item and have not yet contacted us. The return address will be provided within the email of confirmation of return.

All items will be sent to you with a trackable service, if you have not received the item by the time specified please contact us and we will provide you with the tracking details.

If there are items missing from your order please contact us within 3 working days of receipt of your order, any reports of shortages of items will not be accepted after this.

If your items have been damaged in the post please contact us within 3 working days of receipt of your items with photographic evidence of the damage. We will not accept claims of damaged items after this. If the packaging arrives severely damaged please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately so we can rectify the issue.

Due to the nature of the embellishments and containers that we use they may become tarnished/ change colour slightly despite being stored correctly if you have stored them for some time before use ( more than 6 months.) We will not accept refund requests if this happens.

Postage costs are as follows:

Hand Delivery within the Cardiff Area charged at 45p per mile from FLossy’s Flowers’ address.

Within the UK:

Flat rate of £3 postage for orders under £15.00

Flat rate of £6 postage for orders over £15.00

Heavy/ Large postage flat rate of £15.00

Extra Packaging for fragile items (Anything with glass such as the Enchanted Roses) £7.00

The rest of the world:

Calculated at the time of order. May incur extra costs.

Orders are able to be collected, address will be provided upon arrangement of collection.
