Emma created the most beautiful bridal bouquet for our wedding, after really taking the time and consulting with us every step of the way, the flowers exceeded any expectations! We had so many lovely compliments on our wedding, with many people surprised that such beautiful arrangements were artificial! The best bit is that I’ve still got my bouquet... pride of place in our home as a wonderful keepsake of the most special day.

Emma was one of the nicest people I dealt with when organising my wedding. She made an effort to understand what we wanted and nothing was too big or small. My favourite flowers are gerberas so I knew I wanted them as a main feature of my bouquet but I wasn’t sure what other flowers would work with them. Emma made suggestions about what flowers and leaves would work well to bring the arrangements together.

When there was an issue obtaining burgundy gerberas, Emma was honest that the quality of the ones she received was not to her standard and she gave me a few different options for how we could proceed.

Emma made every effort to make us feel like valued customers and kept in contact with updates etc. (quite rare as most other suppliers were difficult to get hold of!). Emma did an amazing job and the arrangements were how I imagined they would be. I’m so glad we chose Flossy’s Flowers as we have lovely keepsakes from the day that will last so much longer than fresh flowers would have.
