“Having seen photos of some of Emma’s lovely arrangements, I contacted her with a vague idea about some flowers I would like to send to a friend. Emma talked me through the flowers and containers she had available, listening to my ideas and then making suggestions about what would work best. She was very easy to talk to, clearly knowledgeable about flowers and design and very fair with her pricing. The end result, was a lovely jug filled with a gorgeous arrangement, delivered by hand in good time. My friend was over the moon. I will certainly order from Flossy’s Flowers again. Thank you Emma.”
